
With over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tiara Harris specializes in enhancing the operational efficiency of the firm. Referenced as a knowledge source and strategic problem solver, she serves as the ”behind-the-scenes” expert in client service and portfolio management. Throughout her career, Tiara has been instrumental in developing business growth strategies, workflow processes, and spearheading successful marketing campaigns.
As a Registered Assistant at Main Street Financial Advisors, Tiara understands the level of dedication, analysis, patience, professionalism and communication required for long-term success within the financial industry. A firm believer in a continuous process improvement philosophy, she has a deep-rooted passion for business strategy, process efficiency, marketing and event planning.
Tiara graduated cum laude from the Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri Kansas City, later obtaining her Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. In addition to her Life, Health and Variable Contracts insurance licenses, Tiara holds her FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations and is also a Missouri licensed Real Estate Agent.
Tiara enjoys spending time with her husband Javon and close family, shopping/couponing, traveling, event planning, binge-watching TV series, cooking, participating in sorority events, and promoting her SeneGence International, Inc. cosmetics business. An active member of the Kansas City Missouri Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Tiara participates on the Executive Board through her position as the Co-Chair of the Communications Committee. In addition, she contributes too many other committees within the sorority and the DEED Foundation. Her community involvement has also included serving as Lead Moderator for the Kansas City Freecycle.org™ group; being appointed by the Mayor as a member of the Human Relations Commission for the City of Raytown; participating in annual gift-wrapping fundraiser at Mid-America Regional Council; volunteering at Harvesters Community Food Network; assisting with Bow Ties & Ties and Personal Financial Education and Empowerment Ministry (PFEEM); along with volunteering with various other community organizations.
